By using this platform, you agree to these Terms, Surat jurisdiction applies.

B. Eligibility

Investors must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide valid KYC documents.
• Have legal capacity to invest.

NRIs permitted, subject to FEMA compliance

C. Platform Usage

• You may browse deals, invest via registered account, upload KYC.
• Prohibited: false info, money laundering, hacking, misuse of personal data.

D. Investment Rules

• Investment minimum: ₹5,00,000 (example; update per product).
• Investments are non-transferable unless platform provides exit.
• No guaranteed returns; past performance not indicative of future.

E. Digital Agreement & e-Sign

• All investments executed via Aadhaar e-sign (Digio).
• Each signed agreement includes timestamp + IP capture.

F. Limitation of Liability

• Platform not liable for market risks, delays beyond control, investor negligence.
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid to platform.

G. Commission & Distributor Terms

Distributor commissions paid only after investor funds clear.

H. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• Governed by laws of India.
• Surat, Gujarat courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
